For agency principals, GAs, and team builders
Build your Medicare agency on an FMO that builds with you.
Moving a downline is the hardest decision an agency principal makes. TMS makes it the safest one — with white-glove contracting for your entire team, real tools every agent in your hierarchy gets, and an open release policy that means we earn your business every year instead of trapping it.
What Agency Principals Get
Everything your downline needs. One partner.
You’ve already built the team. TMS gives you the infrastructure to run it like a real business — and the support to grow it.
White-Glove Team Contracting
Moving an agency means dozens of carrier contracts across UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Wellpoint, Prominence, and more. Our contracting team manages the paperwork for your entire downline, tracks every transfer status, and coordinates timelines so your agents keep selling through the transition. You get one point of contact — not a shared inbox.
Technology for the Whole Hierarchy
Every agent in your downline gets OmniReach CRM included with their contract — contact management, two-way texting, automated follow-up, and pipelines. Your agency runs on one system instead of eighty spreadsheets, and you can see what’s actually happening in your organization.
Training You Can Hand Your Agents
Stop building training decks at midnight. TMS gives your downline a structured, self-paced Medicare learning system, live support during AEP and OEP, the Medicare Agent IQ podcast, and compliance guidance in plain language. New agents ramp faster. Veterans sharpen up. You get your evenings back.
Leadership That Shows Up
When a principal is considering TMS, our founder gets in the car. Real meetings, real answers, real commitments — made in person and kept afterward. You’ll know your Regional Sales Director and your Agent Success Manager by name, and they’ll know your agents.
How the Hierarchy Works
A clear path. No mystery math.
TMS operates a straightforward three-tier structure. You contract at the level that matches your production and team — and there’s a defined path up as your agency grows.
Tier 1
Direct Agent
Write 8 Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement sales in a calendar month — you earn $450 to spend on growing your business.
Tier 2
General Agent
Team builders with a downline of producing agents. GAs get contracting support for their team and infrastructure to manage growth.
Tier 3
Managing GA
Agency principals running multi-GA organizations. Full white-glove onboarding for the entire hierarchy.
Agency Principal FAQs
The questions principals actually ask us.
Can I move my entire downline to TMS at once?
Yes. We’ve onboarded agency transitions of 70–80 agents in a single move. Our contracting team manages carrier paperwork for every agent, tracks transfer statuses across carriers, and coordinates the timeline so production doesn’t stop. You focus on leading your team — we handle the administration.
What happens to my hierarchy structure when I move?
Your structure comes with you. TMS operates a Direct Agent / GA / MGA hierarchy, and we map your existing organization into it during onboarding. Your relationships with your agents stay exactly as you built them.
Does TMS have an open release policy?
Yes — and we put it in writing. The only blackout window is August 1 through December 31, because releasing mid-AEP creates genuine compliance and client-service problems for everyone involved. Outside that window, if TMS isn’t earning your business, you’re free to go. We think that’s how it should work everywhere.
What tools do my agents actually get?
Every contracted agent in your downline gets OmniReach CRM included (contact management, automated follow-up, two-way texting), access to our self-paced Medicare learning system, live training support during AEP and OEP, documented SOA and compliance procedures, and a named support team they can call and text.
Who will my agents call when they need help?
Real people whose names they’ll know. TMS agents work with a dedicated Agent Success Manager and a Regional Sales Director covering Texas from Austin to the Rio Grande Valley. During carrier transitions, our contracting specialist works cases individually — no ticket queues.
Why do agency principals choose TMS over larger national FMOs?
Because TMS is founder-led and operator-run. Decisions get made fast, commitments come from the person whose name is on the door, and the whole model is built around one philosophy: we’re only successful if you’re successful. Larger FMOs optimize for scale. We optimize for the agencies we serve.
