Our Philosophy

We believe that Medicare Agent Training and Support is the most important thing that we offer our agents. When our founder worked for Humana, he was sent away to Louisville, Kentucky to become an expert on Medicare and  FMO for Medicare Advantage Plans. It is not feasible to provide that kind of training to independent agents because having sales people sit for 3 weeks does not work for most. This is the reason that TMS has spent time coming up with an online learning system. We have a 10 hour self-study that is exclusive to TMS agents and a few others that we have worked with as well as detailed training videos.
