No es carisma. No es suerte. Y definitivamente no es motivaci\u00f3n.\nLa verdad es que los agentes exitosos no est\u00e1n motivados todos los d\u00edas. Simplemente han construido h\u00e1bitos y sistemas que los mantienen constantes \u2014 incluso en los d\u00edas dif\u00edciles.\nSi eres un agente independiente, probablemente lo has sentido: esas ma\u00f1anas silenciosas cuando te sientas en tu escritorio, CRM abierto\u2026 y no pasa nada.\nSin urgencia.\n Sin responsabilidad.\n Y sin cheque si no te mueves.\nAqu\u00ed es donde la mayor\u00eda de los agentes se quedan atorados.
